Should I pay extra fees on my order?

Since the products of KOLWAVE are being shipped internationally, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes. Customs duties and taxes are charged by your local customs office and KOLWAVE have no control over these fees. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

To change or cancel your order, please go to My Account > Order History. If you have problems accessing your order please contact Customer Service at inquiry_kolwave@omniverse.kr with your order number in the subject line. To check your shipping status, please go to My Account > Order Status.

 

Can I change my shipping address after shipping has occurred?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after your order has been shipped. Please check the shipping status by going to My Account and then Order Status. To redirect a package that is already on its way, please contact your selected courier.

 

What can I do if my package is not delivered?

If in the case that you do not receive your shipment, you should submit a search request or file a claim immediately to the respective courier. Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

 

When do orders ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm KST / 4pm KST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 1pm KST / 4pm KST will be shipped the following business day. On average orders take approximately 5 business days to be delivered.
